We are pleased to inform you that we will be having monthly Full moon group meditation on Saturday 28 Oct 2023 at the Ashram of Americas ( Saint-Colomban) at 8:30am.

After the group meditation, We will need volunteers to do some fall cleanup. Its not a major cleanup. So, won’t take a lot of time.

Lunch will be served.

Date – Saturday 28 October 2023
Time – 8:30am – 9:30am (1 hour) – Group meditation
9:30am – 11:30am – Fall Cleaning
11:30am – 1:00pm – Lunch

Please arrive by 8:15am. Give yourself enough time to settle and become calm.

Please note that entry to the reception hall building will NOT be allowed after 8:25am

As we know how quiet the ashram premise is, even a person walking on the paved road can be heard in the meditation hall. So, as a courtesy to fellow sadhaks, please do not enter the premise between 8:30am and 9:30am.
