Program Outline
- 9:00 am – 10:00 am – Group Meditation
- 10:00 am – 10:30 am – Bio Break
- 10:30 am onwards – Activity & Lunch
Please arrive by 8:45 am to allow enough time to settle and become calm.
Note: Registration is mandatory. Please register in the form below.
The last day to register is March 13, 2025.

In an effort of not putting burden on the Foundation, we have started a Sponsorship Program to cover the cost of food. On an average, the cost of food per person is around $15.
